Mr. Shaw holds a M.Sc. in Economic Geology, earned at the University of Alberta in 1990 and has over 30 years of mineral exploration experience throughout the Americas. Recently Mr. Shaw was President of the Western Canada Greenfields Group pursuing project generation and mineral exploration opportunities in the North American cordillera, focused on British Columbia from March 2016 until January 2018. With Golden Star Resources/Cambior Inc, he worked on the generative and development teams at Omai (Guyana) and Gros Rosebel (Suriname). He was a founding member and Exploration Manager of Metallica Resources Inc. (Cerro San Pedro, Mexico; Gramalote, Colombia; Mara Rosa, Brazil; El Morro-La Fortuna, Chile). In Peru he was co-founder of Compania Minera Phosphex and was responsible for the re-discovery of the giant Mantaro phosphate deposits (Sprott Resources Corp – Stonegate Agricom). From 2002 to 2010 he worked for AngloGold Ashanti where he served as Chief Geologist, Colombia and consultant for the Americas and was a formative member of the generative team which identified and advanced numerous projects including Gramalote, La Colosa and La Quebradona which, collectively, contain drill indicated resources exceeding 40 million ounces Au.

Mr. Soares was appointed President and CEO of Foran Mining Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors in November 2010. Mr. Soares served as the President and CEO of Brett Resources Inc. from late 2007 until its acquisition by Osisko Mining Corp. in May 2010. During his tenure as President and CEO of Brett Resources, the market capitalization of the company increased from $60M to approximately $370M.

Mr. Soares holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Geoscientist with APEGBC. Mr. Soares began his professional career in 1983 as an exploration and mine geologist in northern Canada. Subsequently, he worked in the field of investor relations and corporate development, and held positions with Sutton Resources Ltd. (acquired by Barrick Gold in 1999), EuroZinc Mining Corp. (now part of Lundin Mining Corporation) and Aurizon Mines Ltd. Mr. Soares was the Chairman of SnipGold Corp. (acquired by Seabridge Gold in June 2016).

Mr. Still is currently the Director, Corporate Development at Goldcorp Inc., a position he has held from 2007 to 2010 and from 2015 until present. Goldcorp is a senior gold producer focused on responsible mining practices with safe, low-cost production from a high-quality portfolio of mines in the Americas. Mr. Still has more than 20 years’ experience in the mining industry. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Still was the Project Director for Goldcorp for the Cerro Negro Project in Argentina from 2011 to 2014 where he led the acquisition of the project and oversaw development of the operation up until first production. Prior to relocating to British Columbia in 2007, Mr. Still worked in a variety of technical roles at mining operations in Kirkland Lake and Timmins, Ontario including as the Senior Geologist at Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake from 1997-1999 for Kinross Gold, Chief Geologist for Kinross Gold and then Placer Dome in Timmins from 1999 to 2004 and from 2005 until 2007 as Technical Services Manager for the Porcupine Operations for Placer Dome and subsequently for Goldcorp. Mr. Still holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of New Brunswick, and a Master of Science degree in Structural Geology from Queens University. Mr. Still’s experience in the mining industry, coupled with his background in precious metals exploration and project development, combine to provide valuable industry insight and perspective.

Mr. Wilson has worked in the mining industry for over 30 years in geological and financial analyst positions. He has held senior management and executive positions in resource exploration and mining companies. Mr. Wilson was CEO and President of St. Genevieve Resources and Gee Ten Ventures Inc., and Director of Spider Resources, his previous financial roles include being a Mining Analyst for C.M Oliver and Dominick & Dominick Securities Inc. and as a corporate Finance Specialist for Thames Capital. Mr. Wilson is currently the Director of Exploration and Business Development of Centerra Gold Corp, and a director of Doubleview Capital and Dynasty Gold Corp.

Cecil R. Bond is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 25 years of professional experience in public and private companies. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town in 1981. Mr. Bond currently serves as a director and Executive Vice President Finance of Rugby Mining Limited (Rugby) and holds senior executive positions in a number of private companies. His recent experience is in the junior mining industry, where he served as a director, Chief Financial Officer or senior executive of a number of public companies, notably Exeter Resource Corp., Extorre Gold Mines Ltd, Argosy Minerals Ltd, Argosy Mining Corp., Mzuri Energy Corp and Kibo Mining., Over the last 20 years he has held various positions with public exploration companies with projects and discoveries in Canada, South America, Africa, Europe and Australia. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Rugby until 2009, and then served as a Director until 2012. Prior to his re-appointment as a director of Rugby in March 2018, he served as an Advisor of Rugby, where the team of highly experienced directors and explorers is focused on the Cobrasco Copper Porphyry in the Choco Copper Belt in Colombia, the Otways Gold Project in Pilbara, Australia and the San Antonio Gold Project in the Mid-Cauca Gold Belt in Colombia. Mr. Bond was the Chief Financial Officer of Exeter Resource Corp. from 2005 until 2017, during which time he aided in the discovery and advancement of the enormous Caspiche copper-gold sulphide project. Exeter was purchased by Goldcorp Inc. in 2017 in order to cultivate the true value of the project. He successfully managed capital raisings and the spin out of Exeter’s high grade goldsilver Cerro Moro project in Argentina to Extorre Gold Mines Ltd., which was taken over by Yamana Gold in 2012.
